  • Q. Which models can I purchase?

    Please see the "Models" on catalog page. You may purchase any models shown there, provided that they are in stock and available when you ordered. 
  • Q. Does Rickenbacker accept custom shop orders?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to take on custom work at this time due to our large backlog of orders.
  • Q. Can I have a tour of the Rickenbacker factory?

    A.
    Rickenbacker does not offer factory tours or it is not open to the public.
  • Q. Can I purchase a Rickenbacker guitar directly from the factory?

    A. 
    All new Rickenbacker Guitars are only available for purchase through Yamano Music or the authorized RIC dealers in your country. 
  • Q. How can I purchase the Rickenbacker models?

    A.
    Please send an e-mail to us with the following information. We will reply as soon as possible. 

    1) Models which you would like to purchase

    2) Country where you are living now

    3) We accept only Japanese YEN currency
  • Q. Can I purchase a Rickenbacker replacement parts?
